American Traffic Solutions Applauds the American Automobile Association of Arizona's Designation of Arizona as "Strict Enforcement Area"

Scottsdale, AZ – (Feb. 20, 2009)  American Traffic Solutions (ATS), which serves more than 135 communities across North America with red-light and speed camera programs including many cities across Arizona, applauds the AAA of Arizona for designating the State of Arizona a “strict enforcement area” for speed enforcement. 

“Speed and red-light camera programs are all about improving safety by modifying driver behavior,” said James Tuton, President of American Traffic Solutions.  “The designation by AAA of Arizona contributes to achieving the safety goal of photo-enforcement.  If visitors now realize they should not break traffic laws in Arizona because it will likely result in a citation being issued, then our roadways are safer for everyone.” 

In Arizona, ATS is the photo-enforcement provider for Phoenix, Tucson, Pima County, Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Avondale.
