Client Support Specialist
Job Overview
This position is responsible for managing the relationships between ATS and its clients. This involves regular communication with police officers and/or court employees.
This description represents the anticipated scope of the job as of the implementation of the ATS Account Management organization. As with any position, responsibilities may evolve over time as customer and business needs dictate.
Key Job Responsibilities
 |
Liaison will act as the first point of contact for clients and the main communication link between the Operations Center, other business units and the client. |
 |
Monitor client’s workflow (quantity and quality of violations) and identify areas of concern; communicate with internal departments to help resolve issues and communicate solutions to client. |
 |
Review violations for all clients, to stay current with operational issues. |
 |
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance metrics. |
 |
Proactively manage the day-to-day relationship with the client. |
 |
Research and resolve client issues. |
 |
Build rapport and relationship with clients during the implementation phase. |
 |
The Liaison must develop strong, positive working relationships with ATS staff, customers and vendors |
Job Requirements
 |
Strong initiative and desire to ask questions and learn new tasks and processes. |
 |
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel and Internet Explorer. |
 |
2+ years experience in account management and/or sales |
 |
5+ years customer service experience |
 |
Must be a team player with a positive attitude |
 |
Must be able to present a professional appearance and possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills |
 |
Excellent verbal skills required, including speech, tone, voice, and ability to project warmth and concern over the telephone |
 |
Travel to client locations may be required on a limited basis |
 |
Familiarity with Red Light Camera enforcement preferred |
